Sophisticated Plant Design
Designed specifically to achieve a pharmaceutical-level status, the Budo Naturals’ facility was constructed to meet the required higher building specifications and more restrictive guidelines with regard to air handling, processing isolation, process controls and more. Anticipating the need of timely expansion, additional architecture and utility capabilities were built in during the initial construction to facilitate rapid enlargement as the demand for product grows. The physical layout of the building follows a carefully orchestrated design pattern that optimizes the manufacturing process and maximizes the integration of each department. In addition, all the building's interior surfaces were specifically designed to eliminate the possibility of product contamination due to environmental exposures.
Precision Manufacturing
